Involving the people we support in the design, management and delivery of our services is very important to us. We believe that is the only way to make sure that the people we support get the service they want and need now and in the future.

We communicate openly and listen to everyone who has an interest in Three Cs. This includes the people we support, their families, friends and carers, our staff and trustees, commissioners, health and social care professionals, partners and anyone else who is interested in the work we do.

We are also committed to developing our staff and Trustees to develop and deliver a service that gives more choice and control to our customers.
