We support people to live active, ordinary lives and contribute to the community as equal citizens. We focus on people’s strengths and interests to build confidence, skills and independence. We promote social inclusion, including social activities, paid jobs and volunteering. We make sure the person we are supporting is at the centre of decisions and plans and has as much control over and choice about their lives as possible.
